Forms of Payment

I take many forms of payment to make it easy for you. You can pay by cash, check, credit card, HSA, PayPal, Venmo, or through online booking.

Cancelation Policy

I ask clients for at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel an appointment. That said, we live in a chaotic world and life happens. I ask my clients to be respectful of my time and I will be respectful of yours. When you book a session that space is allotted for you, and with little or no notice, I cannot always fill the spot.

COVID 19 INFORMATION

Masks are encouraged for all clients regardless of vaccination status, however they are not required . If you are at all unwell, please wear a mask or reschedule your appointment. Therapist will mask during massage sessions when necessary due to health or exposure risk and upon request by clients. Therapist will wear a mask and face shield for intra-oral work. (Therapist is fully vaccinated.) Please remember that massage, even with the best of protocols, is still a high risk activity for contagions.

Please update your intake form prior to each appointment if any health issues have changed.

If you have any unexplained signs of contagious illness, please reschedule.

Keep in mind that if I feel ill or have had a direct exposure, I will reschedule your session.

If you have previously had or tested positive for COVID19, please let me know as there are additional precautions we must take.

Never a cancellation fee for rescheduling your appointment.

What type of session should I book?

Cathy does not accept new clients without an initial phone consult. You may fill out this form and Cathy will be in touch to discuss what modalities and offering might best serve you.
